On 8th April 2021, Petrokon Utama Sdn Bhd held a technical talk to final year UTB Mechanical Engineering students. The technical talk comprises of PUSB’s perspective and experience on the framework and processes employed of desirable attributes of Professional Engineers.
In the talk, a detailed perspective on the qualities, characteristics, competencies, and qualification of practicing Professional Engineers were elaborated. Moreover, a framework was demonstrated on the processes and resources on the importance of an individual’s role in driving self continuously and building relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Delivering the talk was PUSB’s Technical Director, Lee Yin En, PUSB’s General Manager Contract & Commercial, Pg Shamsulhadi Pg Indera Wijaya Pg Dr Hj Ismail, and PUSB’s Corporate HR Manager, Hj Amit Bin Hj Abd Razak.
