Provide Front End Engineering solution to upstream and downstream Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and industrial projects starting from opportunity identification, field development, feasibility study to Basis for Design.

Key activities includes:

• Facilitation of front end workshops such as opportunity framing, concept selection.
• Preparation of Feasibility study reports
• Development of concepts, Preparation of concept select report.
• Prepare facilities input to Field Development Plans including cost and schedule estimates.
• Preparation of Basis for Design document (BfD), multi discipline engineering input to conceptual/ detailed design and start up / operational support.
• Identification of facility related development risks.
• Investigation of industry technology developments that may be beneficial to operations.
• Facilitation of the smooth transition of development projects through Identify & Assess, Select and Define phases of the Development cycle.
